For Gazpacho soup
Prepare 6 tomatoes, 4 green onions, 1/2 large cucumber, 1 red pepper, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.
Chop the vegetables, drop all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve.
